Ms. Tina Palko, began her position as Secretary to the Director in May 2003. A graduate of Laurel Highlands High School and the West Virginia Career Institute, she has been employed as an Administrative Assistant with NovaCare, Inc. and most recently as the Medical Records Supervisor at Health First Medical Center.
