Job	Description
System Analyst	Advanced degree with emphasis in Operations Research, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or relevant discipline and seven plus years experience including three plus years in large scale or highly complex software systems.
Web Page Designer	Develop the visual design and file structure of web sites. Utilize web development tools (e.g., Front Page, HTML, graphics programs, FTP, etc.) to create and edit content for flow, style and clarity. Oversee the creation and modification of graphics, ensuring that all sites comply with established design and technical standards. Maintain, update, and manage established web sites.
Help Desk Analyst	Issues related to mechanical failures. Requires Software, Hardware, and Mechanical Knowledge.
Computer Programmer	Computer programmers write, test, and maintain the detailed instructions, called programs, that computers must follow to perform their functions. They also conceive, design, and test logical structures for solving problems by computer. Many technical innovations in programming—advanced computing technologies and sophisticated new languages and programming tools—have redefined the role of a programmer and elevated much of the programming work done today. Job titles and descriptions may vary, depending on the organization. In this occupational statement, computer programmer refers to individuals whose main job function is programming; this group has a wide range of responsibilities and educational backgrounds.
Computer Applications Specialist	Participate as a programmer in database applications development projects. Carry out PC troubleshooting and install application packages. Train and assist users on PC's and applications. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering with one to three years of PC Hot Line, or Help Desk and applications development/programming experience required. Five to seven years of relevant experience preferred.
Data Exchange Specialist	Implement database schemas and develop database objects; assist with the integration of data exchange methodologies. Maintain and coordinate various security approaches, periodic maintenance, and tuning on databases and applications. Associate’s degree in Computer Science or a Bachelor’s degree including twelve credits in computer science AND 4 years computer systems analysis experience Experience with JAVA, MQ series, JMS, Sybase, XML, Unix, and Xerses is required. Satisfactory criminal background check required.
Administrative Assistant	Supporting multiple architects with all administrative needs. Must possess excellent communication and analytical skills in dealing with different responsibilities. The ability to work well under pressure and handle numerous tasks simultaneously, able to work in a fast pace environment, and self-starter in the performance of supporting the Architect's. Proficient computer skills in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel is a must. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Web Programmer	Accountable for developing software code and associated life cycle deliverables for PC and Mainframe applications. Interprets process, data modules, and business requirements into software code. Analyzes, designs, develops, implements and maintains moderate to complex computer programs and subsystems. Performs all of the steps required to design, test, and code such programs. Develops procedures and operating instructions, and successfully moves programs into production. Provides production support through problems analysis and resolution to correct deficiencies. Performs assignments under direct supervision. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent training or work experience. Minimum of four years as a software developer.
Information Technology Specialist	Evaluation/analysis of computer/Information Technology equipment and systems; preparation of IT budgets; makes recommendations and prepares reports; administers LAN/WAN system; establishes and maintains computer and network security; provides technical advice and assistance to users; provides formal/informal training to users; and performs other related duties. Information Technology Specialist GS-9: Duties involve installing hardware/software, maintains network operations and resolves problems/inquiries concerning networks, computers, peripherals and services; administers LAN/WAN system; performs network system security functions; provides technical assistance/training to users; and performs other related duties.
